• Administrative oversight of two grant-funded research and evaluation projects in the education, economic mobility, and human service sectors: Economic Mobility and Strengthening Working Families (Jersey City, NJ and the Bronx, NY) and 4.0/Rooted Schools Cash Transfer Micropilot (New Orleans, LA)• Leadership role in research design including alignment of research questions and objectives with sampling methods, data collection procedures, and data analysis • Lead quantitative and qualitative data collection including surveys, interviews, focus groups, clinical data mining, and participant observation• Develop Institutional Review Board submissions and ensure adherence • Produce evaluation reports, briefs, and data snapshots with an emphasis on accurate data and easy-to-understand language• Facilitate cross-functional team and partner meetings and serve as liaison for stakeholders participating in studies• Author and contribute to peer-reviewed journal articles • Lead professional development for junior research staff
