Solution covers Surveillance, Monitoring and Troubleshooting Systems, Business Intelligence and OSS.Business Analyst for Telco Operation Support Systems This role requires Wee Lee to understand the technical and business requests from users and communicate these requirements in a clear and unambiguous manner to solution developers. In order to achieve this, Wee Lee has to study the business and operation processes and work out a solution which fits these requirements and its environment.

Responsible for designing and developing solutions to automate data collection/reporting in the semiconductor factory. Provided training to users on developed solution. It was also Wee Lee’s responsibility to provide IT support for a group of 40 users.
