CurrentCrafted right before pandemic happened!I've decided to test my skills, knowledge and positive attitude in creating an hospitality business/brand from scratch with a zero budget and make it profitable/sustainable in order to showcase to my potential clients, partners or employers my vision.In my role, I successfully project managed pre-openings, locations hunting, refurbishments, and lease agreements negotiations, while creating the company from scratch. I introduced a scientific stocktaking system and mapped the EPOS system. Additionally, I oversaw the financial operations of multiple sites, directed the F&B strategy, and grew the business reputation to a 4.8-star rating across digital platforms. My efforts drove turnover from £0 to £2 million yearly within three years, culminating in compelling investor pitches.
