Maxis Venus 5G Project1. Radio Access Network (RAN) Deployment & Optimization:- Lead the planning, configuration, and optimization of 2G,3G,4G & 5G Radio Access Networks (RAN) to ensure maximum coverage and performance across the network.- Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of network performance issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimizing downtime.- Optimize parameters, perform site acceptance, and fine-tune network elements to achieve the best Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).2. Network Integration:- Manage end-to-end network integration activities for 5G systems, ensuring smooth and efficient integration of new network components with existing infrastructure.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of 5G technology, including network planning, testing, and commissioning.- Handle software and hardware upgrades for 2G,3G,4G & 5G nodes, ensuring compliance with design standards and operational requirements.3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:- Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex issues related to RAN, network elements, and integration challenges.- Act as a point of escalation for resolving technical issues in real-time to minimize service disruption and ensure customer satisfaction.- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of network faults and incidents.4. Site Management & Field Operations:- Oversee site deployments, manage field teams, and ensure that site installations meet the required technical standards and project timelines.- Perform site audits, conduct testing, and ensure all deliverables are met according to the project schedule.5. Documentation & Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of network configurations, integration processes, and troubleshooting steps.- Prepare regular reports on network performance, project progress, and technical issue resolutions for senior management and stakeholders.

- Carry out audio loopback tests and radio testing in laboratory- Produce Python script for automation testing
