Trainingo Plan, organize training syllabus and conducted a 2.5 days internal training for WHAM (With Heart And Mind) accredited by WSQ for 150 promoters in the store with HRo Organized customer service feedback activity twice a month with different customer service approach to remind staff/promoters of customer service excellence4.
