Image Processing of Optical Coherence Tomography Scans- Reviewed literature comparing the accuracy of various mathematical models of the human crystalline lens- Wrote a MATLAB program to model the geometry of the human crystalline lens using conic equations from OCT scansOptimization of Device Design for Micromechanical Tester- Modeled components using SolidWorks for a device that tests tension and compression of eye tissue samples - Searched standards for mechanical design to make parts feasible for machining and assembling
