The Group's services have a specific focus on children and adults who present high severity needs with challenging behaviours and complex care requirements.I have direct responsibility for acquisitions, integration and organic growth across the group.

GI Partners is a leading mid market private equity fund responsible for more than $3bn of assets under management across the UK, Germany and the US. I had direct responsibility for healthcare investments in the UK including the acquisition of Advanced Childcare in 2011 and the subsequent bolt on acquisitions of Clifford House, Continuum and SACCS. The business was subsequently merged with The Cambian Group and listed on the London Stock Exchange in April 2014.

Part of a team of 6 that was the dedicated private equity arm of the bank with a strategy of investing £20m-£200m of equity in transactions. Transactions completed included ADP (Dental practices) and Mosaic Fashions (owners of Karen Millen and other fashion brands)

I joined to establish a mid cap acquisition and leveraged finance team alongside the head of the team. The team grew from 2 to 16 people in 2 years and invested over £2bn in 20 leveraged debt transactions.
