Hadley Rock Advisors, LLC promotes healing for victims and schools when sexual misconduct has been revealed. By providing a survivor-informed perspective, Hadley Rock helps schools understand how to support sexual misconduct victims, which in turn gives survivors and the overall community a greater opportunity to heal.

Specific areas of interest for me are helping families plan for generational transfers of their wealth and discuss sustainable strategies for shared family real estate. Opus also works with nonprofit organizations to expand their capacity through strategic planning, fundraising and marketing.

Managed $84.5 million in sales and $2.5 million advertising budget for over 175 franchised locations in New England, including the development and implementation of TV and radio advertising, promotions, events, and sports sponsorships.Developed, wrote and implement training and motivational tools that increased store employee morale and customer satisfaction. Results include 5% reduction in employee turnover and 6% increase in customer visits.

Created a $200 million business unit by leading development, testing and roll-out of a product whose development cycle was the shortest in the company’s history.Launched key new products, including Coffee Coolatta, Coffee Sample Packs, and Coffee by the Pound, resulting in compound sales growth of 6% annually.Led push to improve in-store atmosphere, using smoke free as primary driver.
