Managed $84.5 million in sales and $2.5 million advertising budget for over 175 franchised locations in New England, including the development and implementation of TV and radio advertising, promotions, events, and sports sponsorships.Developed, wrote and implement training and motivational tools that increased store employee morale and customer satisfaction. Results include 5% reduction in employee turnover and 6% increase in customer visits.
