• Provide Travel arrangements, itinerary and any logistics information, as well as, preparation and presentation materials needed for travel events.
• Prepare project reports for directors and/or managers.
• Proactively manage all details relating to preparation of agendas, minutes and other documents for Executive meetings and other meetings as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, to include securing a meeting room, ensuring necessary equipment for presentations, gathering and/or preparing presentation materials.
