I take a holistic approach and address everything from defining KPIs, streamlining sales processes, • Manage a team of 6+ people to deliver Salesforce projects and services in the SMB space in Canada. As a team we have delivered 100+ projects of varying complexity. • Sell, scope, and solution design new projects for the delivery team.• Demo Salesforce capabilities to all types of users to encourage buy in and validate solution design. • Manage operational procedures; gather and implement feedback to increase efficiency.• Manage close partnership with Salesforce account executives and managers.• In-depth business analysis activities including requirements gathering workshops, interviews, documentation, and diagramming.• Customization of salesforce.com platform in all declarative features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Pardot.• Work closely with developers to deliver custom features and integrations.• Training of end users, management, and executives on platform best practices.
