I am an Executive Engineering Manager with more than 25 years’ experience in numerous international oil and gas ventures, leading engineering from conceptual design through FEED, detailed design, Construction Technical Office lead, commissioning and start-up support.My career commenced in 1994 as Civil Engineer, working for an Argentinean EPC Contractor, Techint, on Oil & Gas and Energy projects among others. I had a brief participation (3 years) in the food industry as an independent professional. Then came back in 2002 to Oil & Gas Engineering projects for another Argentinean EPC Contractor Tecna. In 2012 I joined Shell Group as a Project Engineer for the Clean Fuels Project. By middle of 2014 I was assigned as the Refinery Project Manager accountable for Refinery small Projects Portfolio, until April 2015. In May 2015 I changed to Axion Energy Company as the Campana Refinery Expansion Project Engineering Executive Manager. Fully responsible for the FEED and Detail Engineering of a 1.5MMUSD CAPEX Project. By 2016 I became accountable also for all engineering matters within the Asset across the Refinery Projects. I have formed a team of about 40 high performance specialized engineers, starting with a 5 members team in 2015. I am a team leader with effective communication skills with proven ability to build and lead high performance teams, strong commitment to HSSE and social aspects, outstanding performance proven through formal annual reviews, and seeking to continue progressing on my career leading projects of higher size and complexity.
