About Ford Werness

During my time in the Ole Miss School of Journalism, I worked as a "minor league" journalist around the city of Oxford, while also being a Quarterback on the Ole Miss Football Team. I interviewed and wrote published stories about multiple business owners and athletes in Oxford. After transferring to UNC Charlotte, I continued to work on my Journalism and Communication skills, by hosting a student film awards festival, and also through producing a sports documentary. After graduation in May of 2022, I am looking forward to job opportunities in the field of Sports Journalism and Broadcasting.
