Inova POB1 Corridor Spaces - Flooring and Wall Finish Renovation - $260,000 budget:Defined scope of work, created construction documents, communicated scope of work to flooring and wall covering contractors, qualified labor estimates, obtained material pricing, created client estimates for materials and labor, issued purchase orders and awarded bids upon client approval. Tracked material shipments, created construction schedule, performed on-site construction administration and clarifications of scope to tradespeople and client. Supervised access to sensitive areas while necessary work was completed.Inova Blood Donor Services - Flooring Installation:Created flooring installation schedule to phase project around schedule of the occupied space given the nature of the vital function of the facility during a blood shortage. Coordinated load out of furniture, installation, and temporary floor protection while the adhesive dried so as to not void flooring warranty.

Hanover St. Residence:Specified, prepared estimates, placed orders for: steam generator and control unit and stone tile for bathroom. Prepared concept sketches and 3D drawings for Vanity. Met with contractor to coordinate aspects of design. Prepared detailed plan and elevations for hand painted wallpaper.Digestive Disease - Waiting Room:Drew scaled floor plan from raster images and site measurements.
