My position requires the management of a very effective team of program managers responsible for the daily oversight and management of data center related projects. I provide the overall management of the construction and execution of data center facilities across the globe at a program level. My position requires a fundamental understanding of real estate transactions, contractual review, construction oversight, contractor management, and strong communication skills. I monitor quality by meeting with project teams regarding scheduling, personnel, material and equipment procurement, and job costs.
