I have been in the construction industry as a carpenter since 2016 when I made the move from being a factory maintenance mechanic. I started out small as a pre-fab storage building installer before I moved into custom home construction in the state of Colorado. I eventually moved back to Wisconsin where I grew up and took on interior finish carpentry with a company who specializes in production homes. After a two year bout with the production home market, I decided I wanted to get back to working in the custom home market and took a position with a local home builder as their lead carpenter. After working for a custom builder as their lead carpenter and site supervisor, I decided it was time to branch out and dive into the business ownership world as an owner/operator of a carpentry service.
