Managed five coaches for our Varsity and Junior Varsity sideline and competition teams. Coordinated practices, scheduling, and communication to parents and cheerleaders. Planned recruited, and managed participants for the program and our community outreach events. Annually hosted between 20-50 cheerleading teams for our Winterfest Cheerleading competition. I led a team of my assistant coaches and volunteers in organizing the event that hosted over 500 spectators and 250 athletes. As a Head JV Coach in 2006 took the first JV team in the history of the program to the UPA National Cheer and Dance Competition. In 2012, as Head Coach won WOW Factor Nationals and placed 2nd in the MCCA State Cheer Competition. In 2013, led the team to a back-to-back WOW Factor National titles and had the honor of placing 1st in the MCCA State Cheer Competition.

Hired on as first ever part-time diamond sales associate that executed the same sales as full-time associates. Built strong trust and communication with clients helping them create exactly what they wanted for special moments in their lives. Approached management and developed competitive analysis for new market areas to help sales team educate their clients on the benefits of choosing their products rather than competitors.

Successfully created, presented, and implemented a marketing and community development strategy in an emerging market. Executed through promotion of the bank's retail and commercial banking teams, and consumer lending products and services. Met with current and prospective clients educating them on the bank’s product. Collaborated with all areas of bank leadership to develop expanded knowledge on products and services. As an after school teacher I worked with a small group of students developing their math, reading, and writing skills. Many of my students English was not the primary language spoke at home and many of them were the first ones in their families that would have the opportunity to attend high education including high school. I enjoyed acting as a mentor to these wonderful children. They filled my heart with such joy and love!
