I developed new semiconductor products with our engineering team based on market analyses, owning steps like pricing and web collateral, and engaging with customers during development to understand requirements and win new business. My daily activities included resolving customer questions and challenges with existing products, such as critical line-down situations, while also tracking competitor market movements and reacting to new trends (i.e. researching and maintaining collateral of competitor products). I drove digital marketing campaigns to expand new product reach and engage with customers world-wide. I tracked business opportunities and worked with sales teams to win and design our parts into customer projects. I wanted more responsibility within the organization and so I completed TI's Emerging Leader Program (ELP) for upcoming leadership candidates to learn about leadership styles and develop their personal leadership skills in preparation for greater responsibilities.Some of my key actions included:· Lead marketing team and delegated for manager to stay on track with daily and weekly actions (resolving requests from management, sales, customers, or product development teams)· Developed industry knowledge in growing lidar, EV sectors and build relationships to support customers and sales team with their new product developments using our devices· Traveled to meet customer and sales teams, presented at sales summit and hosted product webinars· Mentored intern and helped develop relevant projects that provided real value to our team· Owned Development of new semiconductor products· Tracked competitor market movements and reacted to new trends· Drove digital marketing campaigns to expand new product reach and engage with customers world-wide· Worked both internally with our applications team and externally with other TI product lines to build understanding of key markets and customer applications, connecting the entire signal chain
