Provide staff; guidance, support and preparation in order to achieve positive outcomes with interactions among consumers in a mental health “clinical” environment, in addition to executing straightforward objectives from the clinic director. Interview, evaluate and hire new staff and then follow up with proper training to increase success rates. Complete and organize/analyze reports in order to run staff meetings effectively, type clinical notes for consumer continuity. In addition to creating reputable associations with hospitals, jails, courthouses, Pharmaceutical Representatives and many other community resources, to help ensure that the organization ran as effectively as possible
