Contact Operation Supervisor
CurrentAt CloudOne I have been promoted from the Head of the Training and Recruitment Department for the Contact Center to the Contact Center Operation Supervisor. I manage a team of over 45 In-Office, Hybrid, and Remote Agents in the TN, WA, TX, ID, IN, and CA area. I handle Workforce Management and Forecasting for the Call Center while coaching and training the Agents to provide the best customer service possible. I was selected as a High Potential Leader by the company's Executive Team that provided me access to the Board while I created and presented a Proposal to help the company grow.
