AV Support Engineer (AmerisourceBergen, Conshohocken, PA)• Provide break / fix support to 125 conferences rooms at 2 locations (5 buildings).• Assist presenters with room connectivity and assure AC / VC meetings run flawlessly.• Lead training sessions on equipment usage and meeting connectivity.• Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and distribute to other sites as needed.• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AC / VC equipment and digital signage.• Work with users and assist IT with laptop issues in conference rooms.• Identify industry trends that would be applicable to business usage.Site Manager (AstraZeneca, Wilmington, DE)• Ensure that each meeting in the Conference & Training Center is successful.• Maintain inventory of equipment and consumables, then procure as needed.• Recommend course of action for team members repairing conference room AV equipment.• Coordinate repairs, furniture setup, and food delivery with other departments.• Install replacement equipment in rooms.• Assist guests with connecting equipment and provide AV / computer support as needed.• Identify and prepare for future AV needs and trends.• Recommend equipment and concepts for conference rooms and common areas.

• Setup Audio and / or Video equipment at multiple venues.• Provide consulting and repair services to various venues.• Train technicians on old and new audio and video technology setup and usage.• Entertain guests at various events with music and personality
