I not only do various jobs around the office; but I also will be assisting the Former Company Owner/President as needed until September 2024, since he has retired and sold the company to imgine360. I am now in a transition period of leaving that specific 'assistance' duty, but retaining my Facilities Duties. My 'Transition Period Position' requires me to do such things as; oversee contractors the Former Company Owner/President has engaged at his Dallas Property(s), as needed. I also assist in everything from delivery of mail within the office to assisting IT with miscellaneous tasks, security consulting on an as needed basis. This is definitely a challenging position, with ever changing demands; this includes the use of my Graphic Art experience and Drafting/CAD/SketchUp Drawings of floor plans for both private and business projects, chauffeur company employees and clients to and from airports in the DFW area. Even a little photography as needed. I have also initiated cost cutting measures and offered a point by point proposal to achieve such goals.GPA-TPA was well established in the industry, with 50+ strong growth years behind it. Managing Field Consultant: I Managed a small crew for short term assignment of five - seven weeks, in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. Inventory, offer advice as needed and view network setup/hardware for proper configuration. My team and I completed our assigned area in three and a half weeks, and received a Generous 'Early Completion Bonus', which I divided between myself and my crew. This was the second time I worked for this particular employer. At which time I had completed my assignment in 2 weeks; rather then 8 weeks. I received a similar 'Early Completion Bonus', which I divided between myself and my crew.

Handled almost all system maintenance of Dell and Gateway GP Series and other miscellaneous PC systems. Assisted with the schools LAN/WAN by installing, upgrading and trouble shooting any problems that may have arisen with the Cat-5 based network.
