My Responsibilities:Prompt Customer support through mail, over phone as well as face to face | Research market and work closely with Sales marketing team to find out new potential customers | Work Closely with Lab team and Sales team to develop sales plan to get new business | Ensure to follow updated buyer manual/sop/test price and keep up to date in the LIMS | Facilitate Lab team to execute new buyer program in laboratory process | Supervise & conduct training for Lab team members regarding buyer update/technical update | Monitor and Review monthly and yearly sales and business performance to make sure that the team met the yearly business target | Follow us with all the customers, identify lost customer, find the reason and resolve that to regain the customer again | Provide Data & analyze financial data from software & monitor business growth | Review the customer business continuously to identify business growth opportunity and drive to convert along with sales team | Ensure smooth service from Customer service , Credit and other departments | Arrange meeting and training for customers to improve the way they are working | Act as an key account personnel for the country for specific customers | Meeting monthly with Global personnel /Regional leadership team for business planning, decision making and improve customer service | Keep updating Management & sales marketing team about customer needs , demand, preference, threats and opportunities | Providing soft skill training to customers and other staff as per requirement | Handle Customer Complain and find solution to satisfy customer and sustain business | Make power point presentation in different topics and present them to management and Team members and customers | Maintaining liaison with back office to provide better service.

My Responsibilities:To check all incoming raw materials, packaging materials and chemicals as per expected specification and prepared quality certificates | To comply with approved test methods and to keep records | To ensure proper cleaning of all QC equipment’s as per SOP to avoid any possible contamination | To monitoring environment during processing and filling-sealing in production area | Setting compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved | To perform calibration of equipment as per schedule | To maintain and Update all QC documents | Responsible for leading and independently managing all quality control activities | Ensure promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization | To prepare volumetric solution/ Reagents/ Indicators and ensure its validity.

My Responsibilities:Responsible for supervision of all kinds of incoming Food Grade Raw & Packing Materials including various Chemicals and submitted their analytical report to Management as timely needed | Responsible for supervision of Finished Products such as The Coca-Cola Brand Products | Responsible Invert Syrup Plant, Printing Machine, Sealing Machine and in Q.C Department such as Moisture Analyzer, Analytical Balance, Beverage Analyzer, GC (Gas chromatography), AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy), Bursting Tester, Spectro photo Meter, Refractometer, Magnetic Shaker during daily routine work | To assure PET Perform (Husky), PET Bottle Quality | Maintain High Quality Beverage product (Ensure beverage Brix, GV, TA, Net content, SST, Torque test, SC test etc.) | Analysis & maintain of treated water quality as per coca cola standard which produced from fully reverse osmosis | Released Wastewater by Effluent Treatment Plant and documentation all Test & Process action | Preparation & Standardization of chemical and reagent | Monitoring foaming & fogging agent fumigation in production floor | CIP (Clean In place) process, hygiene & Sanitation program | Lab equipment calibration, monitoring quality control system during production running & maintain all QA Record | Special Knowledge about GMP, cGMP, GHP, GLP and sound knowledge about ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001,OHSAS,ISO 22OOO,HACCP,FSMS, QMS, IMS, SGP documentation works.Training Details: I am successfully completing FDA training on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and certifying under North Carolina State University.
