Job Responsibilities & Accountability : • Being a team Head and the member of the team, I deal with buyer to serve them in a satisfactory label through my sincerity, dedication and experience.• My job involves to follow up the TNA of the order is maintained in such a manner to grow buyer confidence & satisfaction for on time shipment.• Work with production plant on the planning and monitor closely on shipment schedule.• Visiting factory often to follow up the production and quality issue to deliver the good support to buyer.• Participating in meeting & VC with top management in regular basis which helps me and my team to get the proper idea to trouble shoot the problems.• Monitoring the team to give them a proper feedback to perform well and make them strong.• Updating the overseas team at HK in daily and weekly basis recapping the orders, critical and important issues.• Dealing with local buying office and give them best support for order executions.• Ensuring follow up in every stage of the order from sampling and shipment timeline maintained.•Above all close follow up and coordination between in house production team, commercial team, QA/audit team and factory as well to manage the ultimate product to buyer in a satisfactory extent. CURRENT WORK EXPERIENCE: Time Period -Working with Epic Group since 29th March 2007 to till.  Position -Working as a Senior Manager, Head of Merchandising. Accounts -My job involves dealing with USA based customer VF Asia, Jordache & Wal-mart International .I had deal with clients Like Levi’s, JC Penny.Also dealed with customer including Tesco, Jones, Sears and Belk etc. Reporting – To COO.
