1. To support production, ensuring uninterrupted supply of Utility/facility items (Steam, Electricity, Water, Compressed Air, RCU) as per requirement.2. Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Boiler, Gas & Diesel Generators, Air Compressor, Pump and other utilities equipment's and Ensure system efficiency and energy consumptions as per standard. 3. Installation of water and steam supply system as per production demand.4. For proper tracking of all wages, Install of water, Diesel, Gas and Steam flow meter.5. Responsible for Utility cost & KPI, record all energy consumption like Power, Gas, Steam, Water, Diesel, Condensate, Etc. 6. Responsible for Routine Maintenance, PM, Trouble shooting, TPM, MSDS etc7. Installation and commissioning of 12.5 ton fire tube Boiler, Exhaust Gas Boiler(EGB), Hot water system.8. Responsible for Boiler Annual Maintenance to follow up Boiler efficiency and reducing fuel cost.9. Up to date all kind of Maintenance document and follow up audit requirements.10. Annual maintenance budget submission. 11. Responsible for Maintenance KPI, Operation and Maintenance cost reduction.12. Placing requisition through JDE and Coordinate with procurement department for spare parts.
