• Supervise and monitor Information service center volunteers (COMS) if available. • Support CCCM Assistants in recording feedback and complaints in the logbook. • Refer complaints and feedback in line with established referral processes. Compile reports on complaints and feedback received. • Ensuring outreach to the community hence promoting the awareness of the information point in operation. Attend all Protection meetings, and sector meetings and represent ISC`s activity. • Work closely with the established community structure as well as working with Imams, teachers, women groups, youth groups, and persons with disability, among others. • Maintain Relocation tracker & shared with line manager & uploaded SharePoint monthly basis.• Maintain CFRM master file & Anonymous CFRM for BBC Media, shared with line manager & uploaded SharePoint monthly basis.• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on CFRM related statistics & uploaded DRC SharePoint.• Weekly indicator report submitted via KOBO with all CCCM (CS, SMS, CWC and CFRM) activity & shared with line manager.• Mobilize safety audit monitoring and shared with sector base depending on the nature of complaints & uploaded DRC SharePoint after feedback from partner.• Information provision share information with beneficiaries and community members about services or assistance based on the beneficiary’s request for information.• Conduct informational session to DRC beneficiaries about DRC programs, the complaints and feedback mechanism, DRC, and its commitment to beneficiaries, in line with the accountability framework.• In coordination with the camp manager and Team leader, support a trends analysis quarterly and provide monthly reports to senior camp management manager.

• Ensure the community is aware and have access to the CFRM at all time, whether through static or Mobile desk.• Receive Beneficiaries complaints and provide them with the relevant information or refer them to the appropriate service provider, actors depending on the nature of the complaint.• Work closely with the CFRM Officer to ensure all segment of the community including the most vulnerable have access to the mechanism and that there voices are heard and complaints referred.• Enter and track all complaints and feedback received and ensure proper documentation of data in the KOBO system/excel sheet and keep up to date records in order to generate regular reports.• Refer cases to the different actors depending on the nature of the complaints following the DRC CFRM SOPs.• Refer protection cases to the child and/or general protection team respecting the beneficiary’s confidentiality.

• Experience working with an NGO is an emergency response setting is an advantage.• Experience conducting monitoring, evaluation and reporting of distribution and NFI and Shelter and Wash program is an advantage. • Experience working on project funded UNHCR is an advantage.• Strong experience in community engagement including facilities focus group discussion semi-structured interviewing is an advantage. • Assisting in the planning of distributions as required by the Distribution officer and Distribution Manager.• Organizing and supporting the distribution of any NFIs in the distribution project areas.• Supporting the calculation of distributed materials through the mobilization of DRC incentive workers.• Keeping daily records of the any distributions carried out.• Coordinating with operations and other DRC sectors as required.• Register assisted beneficiaries in distribution list.• Participating in assessments, selection and training to volunteers and distribution workers.• Managing conflicts when they arise and possible solutions.• Got PDM training.

• Responsible for administrative supervision of Refugee shelter assistants and refugee volunteers (cash for work).• Technical supervision of work conducted by field incentive workers and the self-help Refugee beneficiaries and volunteers• Control the process of planning and execution of distribution of construction materials in the shelter projects• Execute calculation of materials’ needs.• Keep daily records of the Project progress.• Organize visits and to inspect disputable household cases and report on their eligibility/ suitability.• In a timely manner inform Shelter Manager and / or Shelter Engineers of any significant issues or problems within the Project implementation.• Cooperate and maintain good working relations with UNHCR Field Management as well as other UNHCR IPs.• Liaise with local Governmental bodies in charge of housing and infrastructure activities in the areas of operation.• Communicating with logistics Department about Other kits and Pre-monsoon kits/Tie down kits stock.• Excellent skills in Microsoft office. • Experience with digital data gathering platform and tools (such as kobo) including design of formats and evaluation of data.• Must be willing to work during Friday and holidays if requested.• Co-operating with Majhies, beneficiaries and CIC office.
