As the CEO of Notisum, I lead our dedicated team towards future and current objectives, ensuring our 2,000+ customers across the globe stay compliant with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) & corporate social responsibility (CSR) laws and regulations​.I hold overall responsibility for Notisum, aligning our goals, strategies, and tactics with various stakeholders, including customers, team members, partners, and top management. I also spearhead our product development and market expansion efforts while coaching, mentoring, and managing Notisum staff. This coordination extends to interfacing with group HR, finance, tech, IT departments, external consultants, and group management.Notisum, the leading EHS legal compliance company in the Nordics, offers SaaS services, particularly for ISO-certified companies. We cover and monitor EHS legislation, providing an online regulatory compliance service that helps organizations meet legal obligations and ensure compliance​.In addition to Notisum's offerings, we provide SHEQAPP, a global online compliance software that monitors EHS laws and regulations impacting businesses in over 100 countries worldwide. I was responsible for our Malmo office and project leader for launching our platform on the Danish market. I work with existing clients where I help them in how to best work with the system. I also met potential new customers and introduce them to the platform and its functions.

We provide international companies in China with the best EHS & CSR legal management system for legal monitoring, updates, and compliance checks.Typical customers that used our services for legal monitoring and compliance were large multinational companies, not seldom on the global fortune 500 lists.As a business developer and sales director, I gained the opportunity to develop our company and our EHS and CSR management system in a new and different market. During 2013-2014 I was based in Shanghai, and after that, I led the team from a distance in Sweden with regular visits to China.Envitool was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Notisum, and I was part of the start-up and the continued business. When Karnov Group acquired Notisum, Envitool was sold to another part.

As an environmental and health protection inspector, I handled applications and granted permission according to current regulations. I was also involved in developing municipal regulations regarding environmental and health protection.

Master thesis studied dispersal and effects of environmental pollutants from the waste disposal site in the city of Landskrona to the Lundåkra bay and Öresund. The study was performed by analysis of common mussels (Mytilus edulis) and sediments where parameters such as heavy metals, PCBs, PAHs, microtox, condition index, and stress on stress were studied.
