We are here to feed people and share the satisfaction of a delicious meal.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create and maintain projections of orders pipeline to meet or exceed annual operating plans.Maintain understanding of all new business opportunities.Develop a business development team capable to execute the vision and strategy, goals and objectives of the business. Lead the strategic planning process and ensures appropriate analysis is conducted to include competitive market analysis, internal review of strength, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. Provide direction and oversight of key strategies.Engage the customer community to understand the customer’s evolving concerns and modify company’s strategies accordingly. Establishing and maintaining relationships with various government entities and agencies, strategic partners and competitors. Establish and maintain customer communications, marketing, branding material and related collateral including advertising campaigns, press releases and promotional activities. Strengthen the team’s effectiveness by training, coaching, counseling, and honestly assessing performance; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; resolving conflicts, and establishing a climate encouraging open communications of information, issues, and opinions.
