I have 10 years of professional experience as a freelancer and full-time industrial designer in well-known holdings – doing a wide range of projects, ranging from "codification of laws in Tehran Beautification Organization" to product design, branding, and packaging. Educationally, I was involved in some interdisciplinary projects like MCROBOT (MRI Compatible Robot), Modular MRI Bed, Lower Limbs Exoskeleton, Upper Limbs Exoskeleton – These projects have been done in collaboration with the Biomechanics team of medical-engineering faculty of the Amirkabir University of Technology. The design parts completely have been done on my own (both Research & Design). In addition, I designed a “24/7 Smart pedestrian sales system” and self-serviced kiosks in Niku company, for which I work in multidisciplinary teams. My recent project is about designing a legged-wheel amphibious explorer robot for complex circuits.The highlight of Qualification:1- Implementing a design project, A-Z (based on the project's subject)2- Determining Products’ specifications after a range of research and analysing the existing situations; including assessment and investigation of rival products' features, the user's 360-degree behaviour, and every product and condition that can be related to this situation or has comparable performance to the project’s subject, etc. 3- Considering constraints in terms of production methods, accessibility of materials, marketing claims and criteria, ergonomics and safety, economic, etc.4- Procuring concept designs and then digital sketches (3D modelling and some graphic drafts displaying main visual attributes, contemplating both as a whole)5- Making a presentation file to introduce the new design’s features and advantages, and how it can be used in the real world, to the associated authorities or client 6- Supervising prototype makers, mold makers and graphic artists to fulfil products' requirements.7- Finalizing 3D files for CNC and providing technical drawings and schematic diagrams.8- Supervising the production process 9- Collaborating with the other departments to impose probable changes in the initial design to correspond to manufacturing procedures or cost considerations. 10- Professional use of Solidworks for detail design, sketching, and rendering (Photo View 360).11- Being familiar with molding and production methods, including Thermoforming, Injection, Blow Moulding, and Batch Product with Fiberglass.
