Taking inbound calls from repair shops regarding our customers vehicle needing repairs. Set up claims and verify the coverage the contract at hand allows. Labor guide verification provided by Pro Demand program to ensure accurate labor times for claims. Check pricing across a series of vendors and manufacturer specifications through a series of programs and websites to ensure the most cost effective and quality pricing. Team building and customer support is the foundation of this position.

Apprentice underneath a few technicians to learn how to repair and prepare vehicles to get back on the road. The specific dealer was a Tesla certified body shop as well as a list of other exotic and high end companies. Tesla,McLaren, Rolls Royce just to name a few vehicles that I’ve had the great opportunity to have hands in repairing these beautiful machines.
