With more than 20 years of domestic and global operational experience in the Oil and Gas industry, I have completed over 50 Management System Audits on offshore rigs. I am well versed on safety policies and procedures related to drilling rig operations and well control and known for leading the development of company audit protocols that are currently in use today. Additionally, I have evaluated Management Systems and Behavioral Based Safety programs on operational offshore installations. Incident investigations was also within my remit, whereby I am certified in the TapRoot incident and investigation process. I am skilled in building and maintaining key relationships and training diverse social/cultural backgrounds.
