I make engineer's lives easier by helping them with ventilation concerns. I will educate you, handle it for you or anything in between. We represent airside equipment like fans, louvers, dampers, MUA, DOAS, ERV, air distribution, VAV, fan coils, specialty engineered duct and gas detection as well as more specialized products. It's my job to know these products and help engineers apply the right equipment for the application. I've served on the board of the Nashville Chapter of ASHRAE including President (2021-22).

In a time of rising health care costs and concerns about declining levels of care, I enable people to take wellness into their own hands. I discuss lifestyle and dietary changes that could improve health and quality of life and recommend supplements to boost the body's natural responses and systems. We mostly promote and encourage doTerra products. We traveled for the better part of a year, mostly in an RV with 2 little kids and fell in love with a flexible work/life option. It also opened our eyes to alternate ways to approach a career outside a standard 9-5. The benefits of long term residual income and multiple income streams also became engrained in us.We are now settled outside Nashville since 2015 and love these oils as much as we ever did.

I called on Mechanical Engineers and Mechanical Contractors and help them apply Trane HVAC equipment. I also worked with Owner Direct salesmen as the equipment expert. Equipment covered but not limited to: Chillers (scroll, screw, centrifugal), custom air handlers, packaged RTU, custom curbs, split DX, fan coils, VAV boxes, VRF , DOAS, Energy recovery, computer room units, pool dehumidifer units, BMS/ControlsI attended Trane's 5 month Graduate Training Program (GTP) in 1-2011.

Conducted time studies for welding/machining processes, built databases to streamline products and updated BOM's for accuracy and efficiency. I also participated in a lean manufacturing project that moved a product from one plant to another.
