Generator was showing signs of poor operation and high temperatures. Assisted contractor on locating problem and correcting the issue. Engine oil was leaking into coolant lines and causing high temperatures. Developed a plan to correct issue in a timely manor as to minimize non-productive time on location.• Developed an understanding of how to work safely and ensure everyone goes home unharmed while still getting the job done in a reasonable amount of time with minimal non-productive time.

I assisted in the running of a kids zip line, ropes course, and tubing hill.

On top of facilitating groups my responsibilities were managing all the social media sites related to the Yates Leadership Challenge Complex. All information published on social media had to look professional and be informative. It was my job to review every small detail and do a quality check.
