At Fiserv I work with clients every day as a Client Product Analyst to help resolve their most pressing concerns by utilizing documentation and other resources to tailor a timely, personal solution to the issue they are experiencing.As a Technical Administrator at Omaha Public Schools, I traveled to different schools and provided technical support for various devices and systems, utilizing tools such as Mosyle, Altiris, and One to One Plus to troubleshoot a variety of technology including systems running MacOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and Windows. I also worked to develop documentation for organizational use. I enjoy solving problems and delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of the staff and students. I have a BA in Music Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which gives me a unique perspective and background in the education sector. I have previously worked as a Genius and a Genius Administrator at Apple both in store and remotely, where I honed my skills in customer service, sales, communication, and mentoring. I navigated complex customer calls, championed every customer journey, provided clear and actionable feedback, fostered interpersonal relationships, created training materials, and developed strategies to improve the Genius team performance.
