- Develop multi-year product timelines that align with the company’s goals and growth trajectory, launching an average of 10 new products per year- Generate Go To Market strategies for major and minor products and refining the product line to establish a cohesive product family

- Introducing and managing high-quality and cost effective products throughout the product life cycle for both core products and accessories. - Responsible for brand cohesion in product line (both internally and externally manufactured). - Working under constraints of implementation time and costs (COGS, labor costs, launch dates).- Closely work with design, manufacturing and supply chain in overseeing the development of: new products/parts/UX. - Sourcing new material/parts/vendors, - Managing the implementation of rolling changes to production parts including – analyzing CS and raw component QC issues, new product implementation. - Define, own, and communicate clear details, while helping teams understand relationships between details and overall design intent. - Documenting and ideating on customer feedback. - Pinpoint/issues/part cost efficiencies with production via engineer and documentation. - Overseeing and designing accessories through launch. - Traveling to suppliers and manufacturing facilities to ensure quality is met.
