Throughout my life, I have gained a wide variety of agricultural experiences and knowledge about the many aspects of the industry. Working on family and local farms, completing several internships across the country at different types of grain facilities, and assisting with row crop machinery research highlight a few of the experiences I've had.I completed my master's in Agricultural Education which provided me the opportunity to grow in my passion for learning and teaching through a plethora of courses. I've had experience teaching agricultural machinery management, safety, and operation; water and soil conservation systems and management; introductory statistics; hydraulics and small engines; and crop and soil practicum. With a diverse background in the agricultural industry, I'm constantly seeking opportunities to learn new things. I aspire to be in a position where I can use my background to help young people find their "fit" in the agricultural industry while motivating them to step outside of their comfort zone to explore new routes of achieving their goals. Outside of my educational career, I'm an entrepreneur having operated Bullseye's Axe Throwing in Wooster, Ohio for three years, and now helping to grow a farming operation. I enjoy the challenge of building a business and watching it grow to become a thriving part of the community.
