Travel around the world instructing customers on how to build the product. Instructing crews from 6 to 30 personal on how to erect the structures also included repair. I am there to instruct on the erection, dismantle and re-erection. I am the representative for the company to the customer after the sale was completed. Have to keep daily reports on work productivity, man hours, and travel expenses. Maintain security clearance for various jobs, R&D projects process and quality control. As the manufacturer’s representative my primary focus was ensuring the finished product met our high standards. Quality starts at the foundation, so I reviewed drawings and site plans to ensure the foundation as supplied would support the structure and its purpose. I ensured correct the placement and assembly of several thousand components in each structure by performing continuous quality inspections throughout the build cycle. These inspections were closely documented, as they became a part of the structure warranty for up to 30 years.
