He enhanced portfolio performance by implementing project specific leasing strategies that drove increases in rent revenue by as much as 40%.As part of the senior management team at Shea Properties, he held positions in Development, Acquisitions, Dispositions, Asset Management & Leasing. Specifically, he had the following positions: o Vice President, Industrial Development, Forrest was a key team member that identified, evaluated and acquired industrial sites for development. He carried out all aspects of site selection, due diligence and market research studies for new acquisitions.o Vice President, Commercial Acquisitions and Dispositions, he developed and implemented leasing strategies to maximize value of a 3 million square foot office and industrial portfolio in California. He conducted hold/sell analyzes to establish disposition targets and led the dispositions of several assets at 25%-40% premiums over market value.o Vice President, Commercial Leasing, he directed property management, leasing, brokerage, tenant improvement construction and marketing efforts.
