Main responsibilities for TQS is to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain the private cloud infrastructure using what I've learned in previous positions to research and evaluate software, hardware, as well as updates for the company while maintaining a secure system environment.Planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various requested systems mainly focused on hardware and software requests for governmental contracts. Currently dealing with a high-demand position and must be able to handle complex concepts and problems, balance multiple tasks simultaneously, and make rapid, thoughtful decisions. And enjoying every moment of it.

Deploying and repairing computers to be used in a lab environment to monitor/run industrial equipment and tests. Installing network license software to be utilized for the engineers focusing on CAD Inventor, Solidworks, Product Center integration, and Microsoft products for development. Troubleshooting network issues including running physical cable to new locations for connectivity, checking Cisco switches for data throughput, diagnosing issues with the Cisco VoIP system.

Helped customers troubleshoot their alarm system for a quick fix over the phone. If unsuccessful I would schedule a tech to go to their homes.
