DDS provides licensed and registered drone operators to assist the energy industry during emergency situations. For example, pollution mapping/perimeter determination, damage evaluation, and vegetation health. Also provides safety inspections of facilities during the construction, operation and decommissioning phases.

- Accountability for the environmental department leadership, department personnel development, and environmental support across all Boardwalk assets;- Ensure all personnel understand and comply with Boardwalk Pipeline environmental requirements; - Ensure all assets are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; - Ensure environmental audits are scheduled, conducted and all identified items are closed properly; - Implement the company environmental programs to track regulations, reduce liabilities, interface with government agencies, respond to incidents, and participate in industry trade organizations; - Develop policies and procedures for compliance with government rules, regulations and laws; - Coordinate, maintain, and implement as needed site remediation plans;- Brief executive management on status of new or developing environmental issues; - Participate in the company crisis management and emergency response team; - Establish and conduct environmental compliance training;- Maintain environmental department budget; - Participate in asset acquisitions;

- Responsible for all HSE issues associated with international locations (i.e. Air, Water, Waste, Emergency Medical, Occupational Health and Safety) - Assist New Ventures and Business Development with HSE issues such as pre-qualifications, HSE risks for projects, country facilities inspections (i.e. waste management, water quality, medical facilities and regulatory reviews)- Assist in the development of Corporate Standards and country specific HSE procedures including Bridging Documents with Seismic and Drilling operations- Manage and review all Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) on international projects for Seismic and Drilling operations- Develop and present to Ministries and local governments the HSE risks and mitigations for Murphy projects - Conduct audits and inspections of Seismic and support vessels - Contract and manage Marine Mammal Observers (MMO), HSE personnel and Passive Acoustic Monitoring (PAM) operators for all seismic operations - Responsible for managing special environmental projects such as environmental damage claims, operating in sensitive areas or reclamation / remediation of sites - Manage corporate contracts for International SOS, Oil Spill Response Limited (OSRL) Global Spill Response and Global Dispersant Stock Piles.
