I have worked in the Integrated Delivery Team for Qlik Professional Services over the last 2.5 years. Working with our Off Shore, Near Shore and Partner Teams to deliver top notch solutions to our customers. With our approaches we are able to work on larger projects and also increase velocity to delivery solutions faster without the sacrifice of quality as all of our consultants are the best of the best. I am part of the Qlik Professional Services organization supporting enterprise customers. My role within the organization is to support customers while leading a technical team of partners and consultants. Our teams consist of Near Shore, Off Shore and local Partner resources. I focus on the scoping of engagements to directing/architecting the implementation and also performing development activities. I have managed teams with multiple consultants along with being the primary sole consultant working directly with the customer. My experience and expertise in ETL, Data Modeling and Application Design allows me to handle multiple facets of a client engagement. I have worked with multiple enterprise customers from the following industries: Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Technology, OEM and also Healthcare. I have also worked with multiple Federal and DOD customers. I am proficient in both QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting, Geo Analytics and also all data connectors. With numerous years of web application design experience, I have helped my team members come up to speed with Qliks new API’s and Mashup capabilities. We are currently working with Mashup projects utilizing Angular, Bootstrap, and .NET.

I handle the complete infrastructure needs for small companies including non-profit organizations. I also develop web based content management and e-commerce solutions using open source products for small to medium sized companies and non profits. Development is done using customized PHP/MySQL applications such as Mambo/Joomla, Oscommerce, and also KnowledgeTree.

I support the NAVAIR 6.8.4 DECKPLATE Contract. My duties have included software development utilizing the QlikView Business Intelligence tool to Windows System Administrator and Support along with management of the NAVAIR 6.8.4 LITMIS Lab. I support the Air Speed Analysis (AAT) Tool in the design, development and ongoing support phases. The design was done utilizing the QlikView BI tool and pulls in multiple sources of aircraft maintenance data for the Navy and Marine Corps. After release of the software I moved to the NAVAIR Logistics Data Center (NLDC) to support the application and other 6.8.4 Applications as a Senior Systems Administrator. I moved over to manage the LITMIS Lab in support of RDT&E activities for 6.8.4. I worked with the following programs in support of their entry criteria into the lab to test and also their ongoing support for test activities: OOMA, MFOQA, NFSA, JTDI, CAMEO, and E2D. I have moved on to the new CBM+ project supporting a small development team in the design , development and implementation of a Data Warehouse for the future of all of the Navy’s Aircraft Condition Based Maintenance Data. I am also supporting the Workload Management System (WMS) as a QlikView Developer.

Develop and manage ASP.NET 2.0 applications for NAVAIR Headquarters to support project management efforts. My duties include the entire application development process from requirements development, project tracking, development, testing and release to production. Development of portlets for the MyNAVAIR portal. I also handle all IA functions for my group and SSAA process. I support the EMSS (Electronic Maintenance Support System) Program for the USMC that provides ETM (Electronic Technical Manual) and IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) data to the ground based vehicle platforms in garrison and in theatre. My program supports the NAVAIR JTDI (Joint Technical Data Integration) Program Office in designing, deploying and supporting the EMSS to the Marine Ground. My main duties consist of the overall program, this is to include technical support and design of the EMMS system and provide feedback and technical expertise to the customer with regards to the program needs at hand. I work directly with NMCI at all Marine Corps Bases to negotiate the different CLIN’s needed for our server and laptop systems. I also support in the Information Assurance (SSAA) package to be submitted to the Marine Corps DAA in support for a full ATO. I also support the Hardware, Software and Communications requirements for the entire program to include future programs that will ride the EMSS baseline architecture. My team develops documentation in support of the program to include Reference Design, Configuration Management, Systems Design, Information Assurance and also White Papers. I also support the Program with Fielding of the EMSS system to the Fleet. This is to include Fielding of servers and laptops, connecting to the network, and also supporting Blue Team Retina scans of the entire system.

Senior Application Developer /Team LeadOversee Intranet Project in major web development and support for the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This includes Multiple Databases on an Intranet. The following environments are utilized:• ASP• Lotus Notes/Domino• Crystal Reports• MS SQL• MS Access• ColdFusion MX• .Net I work directly with the Configuration Management group and also the Documentation Control Office in support of their applications. I handle all aspects of security from Hardware to software. Procurement of Hardware and Software are also part of my job duties. I currently develop and maintain over 21 different databases and applications. I develop and maintain all processes and procedures for every application. My other duties include creation and maintenance of all requirements, design and user guide documentation and coop plans with relation to our enterprise applications. The following applications have been developed to support the efforts of the configuration management office and the document control office.

Oversee Internet Project team of 8 in major web development and support for GSA Public Building Service. This includes multiple web sites on an Intranet and also the Internet. Also development is done in a full SEI- CMM Level III environment using the following tools. Lotus Notes/Domino and also static page design.Systems Development Specialist (Senior) Project Lead Mar 1998-Jul 2000Began as entry level Lotus Notes Developer working with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Appointed to lead support and contact concerning all web-site matters located on my contract. I have received Administration and Development training in Lotus Notes. Responsible for all content developed and updated along with graphics. I managed major online database design using Lotus Notes. Designed and implemented document management sites all access via the web along with a full workflow site. I handle all Web-Site Development including Corporate Web-Sites (External-Internal). This includes a total of 6 Web Sites concurrently.Also handle Systems Administration for an office of 150 people including Servers, Workstations, and all aspects of hardware and software. Office is located on a LAN (Ethernet) using NT server, Workstation, Win 95, and Win 98.
