Originally worked with Stock as Segment (Builder) Sales Manager. In this role was responsible for all builder sales in the Charlotte market and the management of key sales personnel. In April 2010 I accepted a promotion and the challenge of leading sales for four Stock locations in the eight county Charlotte Metro area. Responsible for turning non-profitable sales in all areas including building products, cabinets, components, millwork, and fenestration with all customer segments. Direct management of all related personnel including estimating, business development, inside sales, outside sales and specialty sales. Position was eliminated when market conditions forced SBS too have a large reduction in forces in the Charlotte market, late summer of 2010.

Promoted after 1 year to Purchasing Manager with all Operations responsibility.One year following this, I was promoted to General Manager; responsible for all departments and Personnel as well as overall profitability. Departments managed included Truss and Engineered Plant, Pre-hung Door and Millwork Shop, full line Lumberyard and Hardware Store, as well as a small Rebar fabrication plant. Managed nearly 50 employees while growing sales by 10% per year and maintaining Gross Margin percentage.
