As part of a promotion from Guest Experience Manager, I gained management control of the EVO Entertainment game room in addition to the previous responsibilities I had as Guest Experience Manager. Within the first month of promotion I led the transition from Bowling and the Game Room being two separate departments to being one in the same. A process that involved the cross-training of over 20 hourly employees.After the merge was officially deemed complete, I undertook a complete overhaul of the redemption store room allowing for constant restocking of our redemption store to take place while allowing for better inventory controls and management. This also helped to move approximately 50-60% of our redemption items that were not on display within one month since the reorganization.
