As CCO, I was responsible for the firm’s three practice areas – Operations Excellence, Strategic Procurement and Logistics – developing, promoting, and executing a differentiated client services delivery strategy. I also oversee innovation initiatives around client tools, the data acquisition function, knowledge management in the field, and consulting team recruiting.

Led the HR unit for this worldwide leader in the manufacturing of urethane millwork and PVC trim. Products are designed to assist consumers, builders, remodelers and architects in adding style and elegance to their residential and commercial projects.Made significant contributions to their turnaround initiative by increasing EBITDA some 260% in the first year.Executed on a Balanced Scorecard process that reduced lead times from ten to five days while increasing productivity by over 20%.Implemented a company-wide performance metric program; started an e-business site that broke even within three months of startup.

Served as chief executive for this national implementation firm that provided clients with repeatable sales process, operations improvement and transformation services, planning and due diligence capabilities. Key responsibilities included formulating the corporate vision, building out of the national leadership team, revenue generation, and profitability.Company eventually merged with the team that established Maine Pointe, LLC.

Served in a key leadership role for an international implementation firm engaged in helping clients improve their efficiency, productivity, and profitability through reductions in operating costs and incremental margin enhancement. Firm achieved annual consulting revenues in excess of $100 million from a base of clients ranging between $40 million and $15 billion in revenue.

Capitalized and developed the business with a strategy focused on creating a new niche category of fine wines from South Africa. Firm grew into an international operation with wholesalers in over 30 countries and more than 40 U.S. states.Certified more than 35 South African vintners while securing long-term agreements.Expanded to 3,800 employees with 155,000 acres under vine and 1999 sales revenue of $540 million.
