In my capacity of this position I was responsible for, but not limited to the following:Oversee and manage F&B, housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance departments.Supervise and logistically plan events for 15,000 square feet of meeting space.Regularly act as MOD for Damon's/Crabby Bills onsite restaurantsMaintain departmental budget and staffing levels in relation to occupancy levels.Provide comprehensive training to Front Office staff.Responsible for the management of Accounts Receivable, City Ledger, and Guest Ledger.Resolved Guest Service complaints and disputes.
