Founded in 2004, High Point Group initially started as a full-service company for real estate investors, and had under their umbrella a construction company, a real estate brokerage, a property management company, and bookkeeping company. While High Point Group effectively served investors on a one-off transactional basis with this model, it turned out that customers really wanted to learn and understand the “ins and outs” of the investment process, to be able to invest independently and sustainably over the long-term. In an ongoing commitment to meet the demands of customers, High Point Group redirected its focus towards education and concentrated on teaching our investor students to “fish for themselves”.Assuming a new name in January 2011, Fortune Forward has taken all the specialized knowledge acquired through facilitating hundreds of real estate transactions, as well as the invaluable experience acquired through operating businesses in fields directly related to real estate investing, and poured it into our unique, comprehensive coaching programs, workshops, and on-line material.Specialties: Real Estate Investments and Training
