I am the founder and senior executive coach at Forwarding Leaders, a boutique coaching firm that I launched in 2006 to forward leaders' capabilities and empower them for long-term success and impact. I hold the prestigious ICF Master Coach credential, which is awarded to only 4% of coaches worldwide, and I have multiple professional certifications in executive leadership, career management, life-balance, and various assessments.For over 15 years, I have been working with senior leaders from diverse cultures and industries, such as HR, tech, engineering, finance, media, marketing, health care, retail, education, government, and nonprofit. I provide individual and executive team coaching to help them successfully navigate the challenges and opportunities of leading at the top. I also serve as an executive coach and core guide at Chief, a private network for women leaders, where I leverage my individual and group coaching skills to create community and increase learning. My mission is to leverage my love for people, coaching skills, and intercultural experiences to create safe places for leaders to be successful and impactful.
