I am a Senior Software Engineer that started my own corporation in 1998. For the 1st 5 years, I built customized operator call centers in Singapore. After that I returned to the U.S. and created CERTSS, FosTech's Employment & Training software product.FosTech provides state of the art software for non-profits that follow the GO GREEN INITIATIVE primarily in the Employment & Training Workforce Development area throughout the U.S. The current release of our software product (COTS) for WIOA employment & training nonprofit agencies is modular based which allows us to implement as many different Agency Programs into the system as an agency requires. We are also combining our CERTSS ROMA (CSBG) Program into the new framework which allows National Performance Indicators to be set automatically as events occur.Our product "Agency View-Point" includes automated eligibility determination, digital signatures with signature flow configuration, dynamic detailed service worksheets, dynamic funding source double reconciliation processes for 100% accurate reporting as well as WIA-SPR extracts that also include a reconciliation process, automatic extracts data for DOL's Data Validation tools, automatic task and alert sub system to notify users when events are due (i.e. Exits due, Follow ups are due, digital signatures are needed,...) and many other key features.We are always performing webinars to demonstrate what our software does for Employment and Training Agencies.
