Manage owners engineers to develop tender technical documentation. Lead project technical design & definition with major equipment supplier and EPC contractor. Provide technical support in contract negotiations with major equipment supplier and EPC contractor.LM6000 gas turbine generator upgrade project development. Technical workscope development and negotiations with OEM for gas turbine engine upgrade.Isolated grid hybrid energy generation solution development including gas thermal generation, large scale PV, large scale BESS with supporting wind generation. Preliminary technoeconomic solution development using load forecasts for multiple isolated grids. Development of opex and capex estimates for each location.
