Responsible for overall functions of a premier juice retail store. Number one priority is to make the AVAIL difference in every customer’s life and provide them insight, know-how and the tools they need to change their lives for the better by becoming a member of the vaping community and getting off traditional tobacco products. I provide leadership, customer service and handle day to day management operations of the store. I troubleshoot customer equipment, suggest proper devices to fit customer needs and create and implement grassroots marketing initiatives to drive expand and build the Avail brand. I supervise and train all store associates to be knowledgeable industry leaders in the vaping community while also keeping a close eye on P &L and teaching my associates to do the same. Other responsibilities include composing labor plans, ordering and reviewing inventory, hiring and conducting interviews, responsibly going to the bank and keeping detailed records of monetary transactions, ensuring staff is aware of budget goals and KPI’s to guarantee all goals are accomplished while striving to secure the store is in the Top 5 of our region.

• As a traveling manager I responsibly ran a million-dollar first class portrait studio and was directly involved with and oversaw the management of 18 other studios spanning three states. Assisted in the supervision and training of over 200 associates while being an assistant to the regional manager. I taught and trained new associates how to photograph portraits and learn the corporate provided software, made, reviewed and approved labor plans for several studios, fixed and/or replaced broken studio and technical equipment, preformed evaluation studio check-ups, composed progress and performance reports and lead discussions with corporate office employees and managers to grow and improve their studios. I also terminated associates when necessary.• As a studio manager I was responsible for all aspects of implementing, executing and carrying out Studio operations at acceptable performance levels including: Photography, sales, portrait manufacturing, maintenance and service of the Fujifilm frontier printer system and camera system, I was oversaw ten other full time associates and five part time associates. Other responsibilities included composing labor plans, ordered and reviewed inventory, hired and conducted interviews, trained and retrained new and experienced associates, responsibly went to the bank and kept detailed records of monetary transactions, calculated and made staff aware of budget goals while overseeing P&L and striving to ensure the studio was in the Top 20 best studios in the company and handled customer service complaints/issues.

Responsible for the local marketing platform and advertising for the Greensboro and Winston-Salem locations. A lot of community based outreach was essential to this job. Being able to deal with a variety of people in an effective and tactful manner. Directed, implemented and executed development of business-to-consumer, business-to-business and associate-to-family, and local store marketing plans. Developed consumer research designed to improve results of our sales promotions while growing the business for all locations in my area.
