Hello, my name is Foster Schwartz, I am from Chicago, Illinois and I am currently studying Sports Marketing and Management at Indiana University. Growing up in Chicago taught me the importance of patience, marketing, and problem solving. Living in as large of a city as Chicago has proven to be fruitful in multiple life experiences where I learned to exhibit patience with the people there, how marketing with the right people can open doors for future job opportunities, and needing to think on my feet has helped develop my problem solving abilities. All of these skills are applicable to my pursuit of a marketing degree from the Kelley School of Business here at Indiana. At Freedom Boat Club in Chicago I learned how to properly tie boats in and take them back out again, satisfy a members needs, and independently schedule times for members to take boats out. Working at the dock all summer improved my abilities to problem solve, lead, and collaborate with my peers. This work experience has developed all these skills in me and these are all things I would bring to the table in my future area of work.Interests: Travel | Volunteer Work | Photography | Football | Music | College Basketball
